By creating an account or using NightLog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to the web app at moonwak.vercel.app and any related services operated by Threshold Studio.
NightLog provides a nightly moon-phase nudge, a family journal, badges, an AI question-answering feature, and a monthly Memory Book PDF. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will do our best to notify you of significant changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create accounts for others without their permission. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You own the notes, photos, and journal entries you create in NightLog. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the app and in your Memory Book. We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Premium is billed annually at $99/year. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but we will work with you if something goes wrong.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive one SMS message per night from NightLog. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating your preferences in the app.
The AI Dad Voice feature is powered by OpenAI. Responses are generated by an AI and may not always be accurate. They are intended for entertainment and conversation-starting purposes only. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, scientific, or safety decisions.
NightLog is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
